What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or swaps for change of mind, sizing, or colour preference. Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from how it was described or shown on our website. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or incorrect, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.

When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 11am on Saturday will also be dispatched the same day but will be delivered on Monday, as Royal Mail does not operate on Sundays. Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday due to post offices being closed.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
